It isn't impossible to have all three. I know when you see them, the first thing that comes to mind is the episode on A Different World, where the character Dr. Langhorne played by Debbie Allen alongside Whitley Gilbert played by Jasmine Guy has a therapy session where she advises Whitley to relax, relate, and release. It still cracks me up at the thought. But now that I'm a little older I can totally relate to it. So as I prepared to soak in a hot bath with organic apple cider vinegar (to get rid of toxins; ACV is rich in natural vitamins, enzymes, and minerals), orange peels (for the aroma), and black soap, I thought about how much I needed to relax my mind, relate to whatever emotions I was currently carrying around, and release every negative thought that was plaguing me.
So whether it's at the beginning of your day or the end, take some time to indulge in the three R's and add one more...rejuvenate.
